METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING SPAM BASED ON KEYWORD

A method and a system for detecting spam based on keywords are provided to reduce human resource/expense required for managing spam data by extracting the keywords from data registered by the user, matching the keywords with each word group, and automatically determining/deleting the spam based on a matching result. A spam keyword database(801) stores spam keywords for a harmful AD(ADvertisement) keyword group, an adult AD keyword group, and a URL(Uniform Resource Locator)/phone number group. A keyword extractor(802) extracts the keywords from the data registered by the user. A frequency calculator(807) calculates a matching frequency between the extracted keywords and each word group. A case number calculator(808) calculates the number of cases matching the extracted keywords to one word group. A spam data determiner(805) determines whether the data registered by the user is the spam or not based on the calculated frequency and case number. A data processor(806) processes the registered data depending on a determination result.
