A vegetation retaining wall block is provided to support the soil of a cut slope or a slope effectively by having sufficient bearing capacity against earth pressure. The vegetation retaining wall block(100) includes a support body(110) having a vegetation space(111), a front body(120) placed on the front of the support body to form the exterior of a construction structure, and a rear projection body(130) formed on the bottom of the rear, wherein an engaging groove(114) and an engaging projection(116) are formed to couple with an adjacent vegetation retaining wall block strongly and a support wall(112) marks out the vegetation space and comes in contact with the bottom of the vegetation retaining wall block to support the vegetation retaining wall block stably.
