The invention relates to a steel pylon cable-stayed bridge of a concrete filled structure having the optimum filling height for increasing the safety of a steel pylon against horizontal load(Ph) and preventing the occurrence of partial buckling on a steel pylon by filling concrete in a hollow of a steel pylon(1) to be higher than the optimum filling height(Lce), so that the working moment(M) added on a steel pylon by horizontal load stays in a low-moment state as compared with a hollow cross-section local buckling moment(Msb) between the actual concrete filling height(Lc) and the optimum filling height or above/below the optimum filling height.
