A manhole block, the manhole block assembly combined with the same, and the manhole block manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to improve durability by inserting the connecting member in the insert hole, mutually combining the manhole blocks, and firmly combining the manhole blocks. A manhole block assembly combined with a manhole block comprises a lower globe manhole block having a connecting device connected with inlet and outlet pipes, wherein the lower side is clogged; a perpendicular globe manhole block combined with the upper part of the lower globe manhole block, wherein the upper and lower parts are opened; and an upper plate manhole block installed at the upper side of the perpendicular globe manhole block, wherein a manhole cover is inserted.
