A freight coupling clamp and a method for installing the same are provided to minimize risk factors when a freight is conveyed by providing a wire hook unit for coupling and clamping on the bottom surface of a loading box. A recessed resting space(11) for a wire hook(30) is formed through press machining. A sticking plate(12) is integrated with the recessed resting space(11) at the outer peripheral surface of the resting space(11). A clamp installation plate(10) is provided with a bolt groove(13) on the bottom surface of the resting space(11). A wire hook coupling groove(21) is formed on the bottom surface of the resting space(11) of the installation plate(12). The wire hook(30) is engaged with the wire hook coupling groove(21) of a bracket(20).
