A construction method of a footing for a pile foundation using a concrete steel house is provided to construct a footing and a pier foundation simply by coupling a coffering-cum-form to a precast panel, to construct a footing without installing a coffering and a form additionally and to recycle a coffering-cum-form after separation. The construction method of a footing for a pile foundation comprises the steps of: completing a concrete steel house(40) by assembling a coffering-cum-form(30) to a precast panel(10) and adhering a seal member on a joint of the coffering-cum-form; moving an underwater structure to a job site and fixing a support(51) attached with a sealing member to a pier foundation(41) installed under the water; installing a pull-up balance beam to the concrete steel house stably and coupling a wire to the center of gravity, and then moving to a job site using a crane loaded on a barge(54); corresponding the concrete steel house to the pile foundation and descending gradually, compressing the sealing member fixed on the support using dead weight of the descent concrete steel house to cut off the inflow of outside water and inserting a ring-shaped sealing member to a space between an external wall of the pile foundation and a wall of the precast panel to cut off the inflow of outside water; installing a safety workbench(59) on the top of the coffering-cum-form of the concrete steel house to let a worker pass through and installing a pump to drain off the inside water of the concrete steel house; fixing a buoyancy prevention stand to the pile foundation projected to the upper part of the precast panel to prevent the concrete steel house from floating by buoyancy and operating the pump to drain off the inside water of the concrete steel house; binding reinforcing bars of a footing(50) and a pier foundation to distributing bars(20) projected to the upper part of the precast panel; constructing a footing and a pier foundation by placing and curing concrete in the concrete steel house using a concrete pump(63) loaded on the barge and installing a form for a pier foundation, and then placing and curing concrete; and separating the coffering-cum-form by disjoining a fastening bolt(37) from the concrete steel house, separating the support from the precast panel and placing underwater concrete or filler to a retreated groove of a buried nut(18) to restore the outward appearance of the footing.
