POLYIMIDE TUBE AND POLYIMIDE/TEFLON TUBE, APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

A polyimide tube with good heat resistance, an abrasion resistance improved polyimide/fluoroplastic tube, a manufacturing apparatus thereof and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to allow provision of a polyimide tube having good ductility, thin thickness, conductivity, and electrification preventing function and to improve abrasion resistance of the polyimide tube by coating fluoroplastic layer. A polyimide tube(12) includes: the first polyimide layer(12a) formed in a tube shape using a filler including polyamic acid and at least one of which the first material for improving thermal conduction rate and conductivity and the second material for increasing flowing property and thixotropy; and the second polyimide layer(12b). The first material is at least one selected from ATO(Antimony Tin Oxide), ITO(Indium In Oxide), carbon nanotube, Zns, and TiO2. The second material is at least one selected from silica, silicate, TiO2, ZrO2, Brass Solder, BaSo4, glass beads, molybdenum, Fe2O3, Pb3O4, Cr2O3, ZnO, ZnS, Sb2O3, Cadmium Red, Al(OH)3, ZnCrO4, BaCrO4, PbCr4, CdS, WO3, and BaTiO3.
