A rod type skin treatment device is provided to perform cryo-surgery and cryo skin treatment by bringing a tip portion into contact with user's diseased portion after the body is soaked into refrigerant. A rod type skin treatment device includes a porous body(100) equipped with plural air holes(101) containing extremely low temperature liquid thereinto, a tip(102) protruding from one end side of the porous body for coming into contact with a user's diseased portion, and a handle(103) fixedly formed on the porous body and having a rod shape. The porous body is any one selected from a group consisting of a metal block, a high molecular block, and a ceramic block. The tip protruding from the porous body for coming into contact with the user's diseased portion is integrally formed with the porous body.
