An apparatus for supplying chemicals into purified water in water supply facilities is provided to prevent solid chemicals from being solidified or deteriorated by allowing dissolved disinfectant to be supplied into a water tank, and quantitatively supply the disinfectant into the water tank by preventing alien substances from adhering to a residual chemical concentration measuring instrument. An apparatus for supplying chemicals into purified water in water supply facilities comprises: an auxiliary tank(10) for receiving water through a water replenishing hose(170) connected to the middle of a water pipe(180); a solid chemical tank(120) which is installed under the auxiliary tank, in which solid chemicals are stored and dissolved by water supplied through a water supply hose(12) having an electronic water supply valve(160) installed thereon, and which has a plurality of chemical discharge holes formed in the bottom and sidewalls thereof; a liquid chemical tank(100) which is installed outside the solid chemical tank, which has a hose-passing hole formed in the sidewall thereof so as to pass the water supply hose through the hose-passing hole, and which has a chemical supply hose(122) connected to the bottom thereof; a residual chemical concentration sensor(70) which is immersed into water collected in a water tank(80) or underground tubular well, and which is electrically connected to a control box(50); and an air generator(30) for passing generated air by a surface of the residual chemical concentration sensor, wherein the residual chemical concentration sensor is installed in an end of an air hose(40).
