Provided is a seesaw apparatus having a gearing member and a controller, thereby providing a user with vibration stimulation of constant frequency regardless of change of user's weight. A seesaw apparatus includes a foot plate pivotally installed on the upper surface of a frame, a transmission(70) installed on the inner portion of the frame for moving both end portions of the foot plate, a motor(50) supplying a power to the transmission, a driver receiving a control signal for driving the motor, a rotation speed sensing member for sensing a rotation speed of the motor, an input member for receiving frequency information according to operation mode of vibration stimulation, and a controller(80) for controlling the driver to rotate the motor in a rotation speed corresponding to the input frequency information.
