An airborne radar moving clutter doppler spectrum compensation method is provided to improve detection performance of a moving target by applying to a radar using a phased array antenna. An airborne radar moving clutter doppler spectrum compensation method is composed of steps for emitting an electric wave through an antenna after converting up the electric wave in a transceiver by a double conversion super heterodyne method; demodulating the received signal reflected from a target by converting down the received signal at the same frequency of the transmitted signal; A/D(Analog To Digital) converting the demodulated I/Q(In-phase and Quadrature) signal in a signal processor; dividing the received signal transmitted during the dwell time that the width of an antenna beam along the azimuth direction stays at a target, in unit of CPI(Coherent Processing Interval); estimating the clutter doppler frequency by using the first CPI signal; and removing a clutter signal by compensating the estimated value for the second CPI signal.
