An eye treatment device is provided to be used by a user regardless of a place to enable a user to be treated in an optimal environment when the user's eyes get dry or get tired. An eye treatment device includes a foldable chair(100), a face fomentation unit(200) and a high frequency massage unit(300). The foldable chair(100) supports user's waist and hip through two or more supports(101,102,103), and makes a patient's face portion face in an upper direction by controlling the angle of the supports thereof. The face fomentation unit(200) is coupled to the foldable chair(100), is formed in the shape of a stand, and radiates infrared rays to a patient's face. The high frequency massage unit(300) radiates high frequency to patient's eyes to improve the blood circulation of the eyes.
