The fastening member(20) includes first and second brackets(21,22), a first band(23), a second band(26) and a fastening lever(29). The reinforcing fastening member includes holding holes and a reinforcing fastening band. The holding holes are formed on both sides of the side support portion(16) to fasten the front portion of the shoe. One end of the reinforcing fastening band is fixed on one holding hole and the other end of the reinforcing fastening band is held by the other holding hole.
