A water-permeable structure for sandy beach conservation-cum-littoral nourishment facilities is provided to prevent beach erosion and caving erosion by installing a water permeable layer with broken stones or gabions and preventing the wave overtopping rate of backrush. The water-permeable structure for sandy beach conservation-cum-littoral nourishment facilities comprises a space formed on a sandy beach in the appointed width and depth, a bottom member formed by spreading broken stones, gravel or concrete over the bottom and the side of the space, a water permeable block(40) installed on the bottom member and made with plastics or concrete, and a water collection permeable layer(50) connected to the base of the bottom member and the beach, located to the appointed depth from the surface of the sandy beach and composed of broken stones or gabions(52).
