A real-time impact calculation system of operation controlling parameters for a combined-cycle power plant and a method thereof are provided to maintain optimal performance by quantitatively analyzing the impact of the operation parameters. A real-time impact calculation system of operation controlling parameters for a combined-cycle power plant includes a power plant distribution control system part(1), a data obtaining and storage part(2), a thermal calculation simulation part(3), an influence calculation analysis part(4), and a user interface part(5). The power plant distribution control system part is constituted of a plurality of power plant distribution control systems. The data obtaining and storage part is constituted of a data acquisition and historian system. Data is transmitted to the data obtaining and storage part. The data passes through a measured data communication interface(6). Actual data passes through a data communication channel to be effectively stored and rapidly traced.
