STANDARD CALIBRATION DEVICE AND METHOD OF WATER LEVEL METER

A standard calibration device is provided to detect uncertainty of the calibrated water level meter, and calibrate the calibrated water level meter by comparing a measurement value of the calibrated water level meter with the measurement value of the standard distance measurement unit. A standard calibration device comprises a water tank(400), a lift for measuring a water level, a lift controller, a calibrated water level meter(500), a standard distance measurement unit(600) and a computer processor. The lift for measuring the water level is installed to be movable up and down along a guide rail of a tower frame(100). The lift controller controls drive of a winch unit moving or stopping the lift for measuring the water level. The calibrated water level meter is installed in one side of the lift for measuring the water level, and measures the water level. The standard distance measurement unit measures distance between a target installed at a position corresponding to the water level of the water tank, and the water level of the water tank. The computer processor calculates uncertainty of the calibrated water level meter by comparing a measurement value of the calibrated water level meter with the measurement value of the standard distance measurement unit.
