AC MAGNETIZATION LOSS MEASUREMENT DEVICE WITH THIN FILM

A pick up coil for measuring an AC magnetization loss of a superconductor is provided to measure the loss accurately by forming a fine electrode line on a silicon substrate. A pick up coil is used to measure an AC magnetization loss of a high temperature superconductor line. An insulation layer(102) is formed on an outer surface of the pick up coil. A successive pattern is formed on the insulation layer. A fine electrode line(106) is formed on the pattern. A metal layer is vaporized on the fine electrode line. An electrode pad(108) is formed at an end of the fine electrode line. The electrode pad is included in a silicon substrate(100). A width of the fine electrode line is between 10 and 20 um. The width of the fine electrode line is arranged to be inversely proportional to a current intensity.
