A color leadership upbringing system and a recording medium storing a program thereof are provided to educate leadership to each customer by selecting a mentor for each customer. A storing part(41) stores information for the mentors mentioned as a political, economical, and social leader, member information, avatar information of each member, and color information corresponding to each leader. A database manager(42) manages the information stored in the storing part. A member manager(43) manages registration and secession of the member. An avatar manager(44) manages and operates growth of an avatar corresponding to the color leadership of each member. A leadership manager(45) manages a color leadership growing process of the member. A mail manager(46) informs each member of the information for the avatar and the leadership.
