AN APPARATUS FOR OPENING ASCENDING PIPE OF COKE OVEN

PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening ascension pipe of coke oven is provided to open carbon stuck to the ascension pipe when the pipeline is clogged as carbon produced by pyrolysis of high temperature is stuck to the inlet part of the ascension pipe that is a primary pipeline for sending gas generated into chemical conversion plant. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for opening ascension pipe of coke oven comprises a base(30) rotationally installed at a moving member(32) that is installed in such a way that it is moved back and forth to the front of frame of an extruder for extruding coke of coke oven(10); a moving block(50) which is back and forth movably installed at a rectangular plate(52) installed in front of the base(30), and movement of which is guided by a guide means(54) connected to both sides of the moving block(50); and an opening means which is installed on the upper part of the moving block(50) and rotated by a driving motor(72) installed at the lower side of the moving block(50) so that the opening means removes adhesion carbon(16) stuck to pipe line(14) of the ascension pipe(12) to open the pipeline(14), wherein the opening means comprises a rotary plate(70a) and a blade(70b).
