Provided is a hypocaust floor panel having antibiotic and far-infrared emitting functions to suppress the bacterial growth in the surface of the floor and to thus maintain a pleasant indoor environment. The hypocaust floor(1) is coated with a glue layer(2) in a thickness of 2-4 micrometers as a moisture barrier. An emulsion film layer(3) is applied on the upper face of the glue layer(2) in a thickness of 2-4 micrometers, where the emulsion consists of 54-66wt% of water, 16.5-12.5wt% of butyl acrylate, 12-8wt% of methyl meta-acrylate, 16-12wt% of hexyl acrylate, 1-0.5wt% of an acid catalyst, and 0.5-1wt% of an emulsifier. A film coating layer(4) is then applied on the upper face of the emulsion film layer(3) in a thickness of 0.2-0.4 micrometer. A cultured pearl layer(5) is applied on the upper face of the film coating layer(4) in a thickness of 2-4 micrometers, and a silver powder layer(6) having antibiotic and far-infrared emitting functions is finally applied on the upper face of the cultured pearl layer(5) in a thickness of 2-4 micrometers.
