BAIODEUNGYU'S MANUFACTURE METHOD FOR BOILER

摘要

A method for manufacturing bio-kerosene for a boiler is provided to reduce the consumption of fuel and prevent air pollution, by mixing, stirring, and heating kerosene, bio-oil, and light oil to produce the bio-kerosene. A mixing process is performed by mixing kerosene of 35-45 wt%, bio-oil of 30-35 wt%, and light oil of 20-30 wt%. The kerosene, the bio-oil, and the light oil are inputted in an order of the kerosene, the bio-oil, and the light oil during a mixing process. A heating process is performed by heating a mixed fuel prepared by the mixing process at a temperature of 30-70°C. The bio-oil is one selected from edible refined oil consisting of palm olein, sunflower oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, and rice oil.
