A heat recovery type air washer air conditioning apparatus using heat pipe is provided to utilize exhaust air by utilizing a heat exchange system capable of exchanging heat with injected water using exhaust heat, and a heat recovery system capable of using water being heat exchanged with a heat pipe. A heat recovery type air washer air conditioning apparatus using heat pipe comprises an exhaust passage(100), an outside air passage(200), and a heat exchange part. The outside air passage is for the exhaust of inside air to the outside, and comprises an injection type heat recovery unit(110) having a water injection unit(111) for injecting water to recover heat of air that is to be exhausted to the outside, an exhaust side water collecting unit(120) for collecting water that is injected by the injection type heat recovery unit for heat exchange, an exhaust side water supply unit(130) for supplying the collected water in the exhaust side water collecting unit to the water injection unit of the injection type heat recovery unit. The outside air passage is for the inflow of outside air to the inside, and comprises a water injection unit(211) for purifying air that is to be sent to the inside, a water collecting unit(220) for collecting water injected by the water injection unit, a water supply unit(230) for supplying water to the water injection unit, and an eliminator for eliminating water vapor contained in the air purified by a water injection type air washer. The heat exchange part is installed between the exhaust passage and the outside air passage.
