UPPER MOLD TO ATTACH SOME SKIN TO DOOR TRIMS

An upper mold for attaching an inner skin to a vehicle door trim is provided to prevent the inner skin from being separated from the vehicle door trim by lowering a part of an upper mold during of the vehicle door trim and applying a uniform pressure all over the vehicle door trim and the inner skin. An upper mold(100) for attaching an inner skin to a vehicle door trim, includes an upper base plate(110), a main body(120), an insert body(130), and an insert body operating cylinder(140). The upper base plate is supported on an attachment apparatus body. The main body is arranged to operate together with the upper base plate, and has a lower end assembled to the top of the upper mold of an attachment apparatus. The insert body is assembled to a center of the main body such that the insert body is movable in a vertical direction. The insert body has a lower portion with a surface formed into the shape of the center of the vehicle door trim. The insert body operating cylinder controls the insert body such that the insert body is movable in a vertical direction relatively to the upper base plate and the main body. The main body has a lower end with a circumference which is protruded further than the circumference of the lower end of the insert body such that the upper mold is assembled to a lower mold.
