Harbor and coastal structures for using bottom ash as replacement of aggregate for concrete mixing

Harbor and/or coastal structure containing bottom ash in replacement of typical aggregate in a concrete combination is provided to form artificial reefs with improved anti-water permeable property when concrete age increases and high surface resistance by using waste such as bottom ash instead of fine aggregate in the concrete combination typically containing cement, water and fine and coarse aggregates. The structure includes water, cement, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate and waste as replacement of the aggregates. The waste is bottom ash generated in a thermal power plant. The coarse aggregate contains 60 to 90wt.% of natural aggregate and 10 to 40t.% of the bottom ash and satisfies strength of 210 to 300kgf/cm^2 and slump value of 12 +/-1cm. The structure has charge transfer amount of less than 2,700 Coulomb at more than 90days of the concrete age by chlorine ion penetration and concrete expansion rate of less than 0.012% at 100days of precipitation of the concrete combination. The concrete combination further contains water reducing AE agent.
