THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ELASTIC PAVING MATERIAL HAVING A WATER PERMEABILITY

An elastic permeable paving material and a constructing method using the same are provided to control water flow on the paving material in the flood season by installing a plurality of perforated pipes in the base layer. An elastic water permeable paving material is directly paved on a surface of a base layer without coating a primer to form a color rubber elastic paving layer(6). A top coating layer(7) is formed on the color rubber elastic paving layer to maintain the color continually. The color rubber elastic paving layer is installed with a mold constituted by connecting pipes with carbon fibers. The base layer is installed with a plurality of perforated pipes(8).
