A system for preventing a part supply error and a method for preventing the part supply error using the same are provided to maximize productivity by previously preventing the part supply error according to the deterioration of part supplying devices. A system for preventing a part supply error includes a part supplying device(152), a part mounting device(170), a storing device(110), and a control device. The part supplying device(152) supplies parts. The part mounting device(170) absorbs the parts supplied from the part supplying device(152) and mounts the absorbed parts on a PCB(Printed Circuit Substrate). The part absorbing information of the part supplying device(152) including a total number of part absorption and a total number of part absorption errors on the part supplying device(152) is stored in the storing device(110). The control device notifies the revision time of the part supplying device(152) by comparing a predetermined standard value with the part absorbing information stored in the storing device(110).
