A precast pile buried type pulse discharge pile construction method is provided to construct a pile with low noise and low vibration and to secure bearing capacity stably by burying a precast pile using mortar or cement milk without hitting a pile lightly. The precast pile buried type pulse discharge pile construction method comprises the steps of: forming a perforated hole by perforating the ground for the construction of a structure in a downward direction using an auger screw and a casing screw(10); drawing out the auger screw and the casing screw and filling up the perforated hole with mortar or cement milk(20); inserting a discharge device to the perforated hole filled with mortar or cement milk(30); supplying pulse power to the discharge device and tamping/expanding a perforated wall around the perforated hole(40); refilling the perforated hole with mortar or cement milk(50); inserting a precast pile to the perforated hole filled with mortar or cement milk to increase bearing capacity of a pile(60); and hardening the filled mortar or cement milk in the perforated hole(70).
