A drum bell for crushing of construction wastes, particle size improvement, mortar removal, and sand production using strong air spray, a hitting blade controlled by hydraulic motor, and an iron hammer is provided to prevent blocking of perforation holes and to increase working efficiency and productivity. A drum bell includes: base rollers(700) established on the both sides of frame(F); a perforated drum(100) settled down on the base rollers(700); a driving motor(720); a cover(110); a perforating hole blocking prevention part(200) established near to the inlet of cover(110); an air spraying nozzle(210) established adjacent to the perforated drum(100); a flexible pipe(220); a distributing tank(230), of which distributing pipe(240) is connected to the flexible pipe(220); and a compressor(250) combined with the distributing tank(230).
