The present invention is a 3D ultrasound image using a 2D ultrasound images obtained through a 1D (Dimension) or 2D probe and relates to a method of forming an ultrasound diagnostic system , to obtain a plurality of 2D (Dimension) ultrasonic image based on the ultrasound echo signals , setting a ROI (Region of Interest) for each 2D ultrasound image and the box , the set ROI box region and extract the corresponding image from the plurality of 2D ultrasound image , by sequentially superposing the extracted images provides a 3D ultrasound image forming method and an ultrasound diagnostic system for obtaining a 3D ultrasound image .
