A prefabricated retaining wall block is provided to construct a retaining wall by fitting blocks using inner support blocks even if the surface of a retaining wall and a soil slope are not able to be connected with each other by one binding block and to couple with other blocks without any additional binder. A prefabricated retaining wall block contains a support block formed to have a vertically symmetric shape cross section and provided with coupling holes at the top and the bottom, a binding block installed perpendicular to the support block, fitted to the coupling holes of the support block to connect upper, lower support blocks and outer, inner support blocks mutually and provided with coupling grooves at two sides of the front and the rear, and an inner support block(300) formed to have the same cross sectional shape as the support block and provided with coupling holes(362,364,382,384) having the width(w2) enough for two binding blocks to be fitted to one coupling hole, so that a soil slope and the surface of a retaining wall are coupled by connecting plural binding blocks. A retaining wall is constructed without damaging outward appearance by placing support blocks on the surface of a retaining wall forming the outward appearance of a retaining wall, arranging inner support blocks on the inside, arranging support blocks at the backside abutting on a soil slope, and connecting the support blocks, the inner blocks, and, the inner support blocks using binding blocks.
