A vibration reducing device of a lamp post is provided to prevent a lamp of the lamp post from being shaken due to vibration applied to the lamp post on a bridge by suspending a mass at the end of an elastic support. A vibration reducing device of a lamp post comprises a post, a housing(10), a mass(20), and an elastic support(30). The post stands on the road to support traffic facilities. The hosing is mounted on the top of the post and a space is formed on the housing. The mass is installed in the housing to control inertia. The mass is suspended at the end of the elastic support and the elastic support provides elastic force to the mass in reciprocating.
