An exchanging magnetic pole type vibrating decomposing apparatus for a water purification device is provided to locate two electromagnets between two vibration plates with opposite polarities, thereby preventing the consumption power due to the exchange of electrodes. Plural vibration plates(11,15) with permanent magnets(14,18) are arrayed at the inside and outside of the apparatus. Electro-magnet members(20) are arrayed between the plural vibration plates. Convex portions(12,16) with water holes(13,17) formed integrally are formed at the vibration plates. In the electro-magnet member, the outside of electrode plates is wound by coils. The electro-magnet member includes two electro-magnets. The two electro-magnets have the opposite polarities by the coils with different current directions.
