INTEGRATED OPERATING METHOD FOR ENVIRONMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND SYSTEM THEREOF

A method and a system for integrally managing basic environment facilities are provided to establish countermeasures promptly with minimum manpower when abnormality information occurs by enabling a central manager to check measurement information of upriver areas of a dam and each environmental facility scattered over a self-government area in real-time. A measurer(100-100n) of each environmental facility transmits measurement to each environmental facility server(200-200n) in real-time. Each environmental facility server transmits the measurement to a central server(400). A database server of the central server stores/manages various kinds of information and data received from the environmental facility servers. An operation server of the central server supports a real-time situation checkup function and a maintenance function based on the information/data stored in the database and an integrated management system program. If the data over allowance of a reference measurement value is received, the data is transferred to a facility alarm manager and the facility alarm manager informs a server manager and a facility manager of the abnormality by displaying indication to an alarm information screen.
