FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves sawing mandible branch and body retaining internal cortical plate segment. Two compression-distraction apparatuses are set on bone. One apparatus is set on mandible branch in parallel to its posterior edge. The other one is set on mandible body in parallel to occlusion plane. Remaining part of internal cortical mandible plate is destroyed. Compression and distraction of fractured bone fragments is carried out.;EFFECT: reduced risk of inflammatory complications; simplified maintenance of the apparatuses; accelerated treatment in single stage.;2 dwg
