FIELD: medical equipment for dental surgery, which may be used in operative treatment of paradontosis and setting of dental implants.;SUBSTANCE: apparatus has handle and guiding trough made in the form of two-face angle having two symmetric flat walls arranged at an angle of 80-90 deg with respect to one another. Trough end adjoining handle is closed with dead-end wall and opposite end is sharpened. Hollow container is positioned above guiding trough at side adjoining handle. Container is adapted for charging and placing of medicinal substance. Container bottom is defined by trough portion adjoining handle. Container lateral surface is open at side adjoining sharpened end of trough for feeding of powdered medicinal preparation to trough and is defined by three walls. Two walls are continuation of trough walls which define two-face angle and arranged at an angle of 70-80 deg to one another and connected to third wall. Third wall is made as dead-end wall of trough.;EFFECT: provision for local controlled feeding of powdered medicinal substance to tooth dental caries portion, reduced treatment time, obtaining of reproducible results, and minimized probability of occurrence of complications.;5 cl, 1 dwg
