FIELD: mining; methods of dressing of minerals.;SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of dressing of minerals using the method of the foam flotation, in particular, to the foam separation of the nickel-pirrhotine products gained at dressing of the copper-nickel pirrhotine-containing ores and may be used for other materials containing sulfides of the non-ferrous metals and pirrhotine. The method of dressing of the sulfide copper-nickel pirrhotine-containing ores provides for comminution, aeration of the mash, floatation of the copper minerals at presence of the collector and the frother, the subsequent floatation extraction in the alkalescent medium of the pirrhotine - pentlandite concentrate with withdrawal of the rock tailings, treatment of the pirrhotine - pentlandite concentrate with the depressor of pirrhotine in the alcaline medium and the subsequent selective extraction of the pentlandite and the pirrhotine into the target concentrates. Extraction of the pirrhotine - pentlandite concentrate is exercised by stages, with production of one the pirrhotine - pentlandite concentrate with the low ratio of pentlandite to pirrhotine and other concentrate - with the high ratio of pentlandite to pirrhotine. The concentrate with the low ratio of pentlandite to pirrhotine is divided by the method of the hydraulic classification into the finely dispersed fraction and the sand fraction. At that the gained sand fraction is subjected top the mechanochemical activation, which is conducted in then alcaline medium at рН=9÷11 units, the temperature of 35÷60°С and the value of the specific consumption of the power of 5÷50 kW/ per one ton of the treated material. Then the activated sand fraction and the finely dispersed fraction of classification are mixed up together and the gained mixture is conditioned with the reactants at the continuous stirring action and sent to the selective floatation. The separated at that rough pentlandite concentrate and the pirrhotine - pentlandite concentrate with the high ratio of pentlandite to pirrhotine are subjected to the joint recleaning by floatation with production the finished nickel concentrate. The technical result of the invention is the improved integrated approach of reprocessing of the sulfide copper-nickel pirrhotine-containing ores, the reduced technogenic impact on the environment, involvement in production of the dump waste product of the aluminous production.;EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved integrated approach of reprocessing of the sulfide copper-nickel pirrhotine-containing ores, the reduced technogenic impact on the environment, involvement in production of the dump waste product of the aluminous production.;6 cl, 1 tbl, 7 ex
