PEAT FAST PYROLYSIS REACTOR

FIELD: processing of peat; fast pyrolysis of peat used as raw material for production of pyrosysis fuel and coke and generation of electric energy.;SUBSTANCE: proposed reactor has three-section working chamber 1 with dry peat outlet 2, coke outlet 4 and liberated pyrolysis gas outlet 3. Mounted horizontally inside chamber 1 are two cylindrical gas burners 5. Each burner is mechanically engageable with one inclined metal plate 6. Circular chambers 7 are filled with cooling liquid and are provided with supply pipes 8 and discharge pipes 9 located in each section of chamber 1. Dry peat outlet 2 and liberated pyrolysis gas outlet 3 are made in upper part of upper section of chamber 1 and coke outlet 4 is located in lower part of lower section. One of burners 5 and plate engageable with it are located in upper section and second burner is located in center section. Reactor plates 6 are located one under other and are inclined to opposite sides.;EFFECT: avoidance of liberation of agents not suitable for further use.;2 dwg
