FIELD: veterinary science.;SUBSTANCE: the suggested preparation is being a composition based upon gestagen and estrogen hormones and includes (weight%): as a gestagen hormone - 3β-butyroxy-17α-acetoxy-6-methylpregna-4,6-diene-20-on or 3β-acetoxy-17α-acetoxy-6-methylpregna-4,6-diene-20-on 0.500; as estrogen hormone - 17α-ethynyl-estratriene-1,3,5(10)-diol-3,17β 0.010; gelatin 14.000; glycerol 5.000; methyl ether of parahydroxybenzoic acid 0.100; D,L-α-tocopherol 0.005; 3-methyl-6-isopropyl-cyclohexanol 0.010 and refined vegetable oil - up to 100.0 The preparation provides 100% efficiency referring to cats (males and females) and female dogs, 96-98% efficiency referring to male dogs.
