The method provides for feeding of the streams of the melt of the polymeric compound and the foaming agent into the mixing zone, the dispersion of the foaming agent in the melt of the polymeric compound at the intense cutting up stirring action in the first static mixer, aging of the produced mixture at the intense cutting up stirring action in the second static mixer, chilling of the mixture at stirring action in the third static mixer up to the intermediate temperature with the subsequent chilling of the mixture at the stirring action in the third static mixer up to the temperature necessary for the process of granulation, extrusion of the filaments of the polymeric compound with their quick chilling and granulation.
