FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.;SUBSTANCE: one should detect the presence of antibodies to metabolites derivatives of narcotic substances under testing with a solid phase-immobilized conjugate in which hapten is being metabolite derivative of analyzed narcotic substance, and a macromolecular carrier has been chosen out of the group of poly- or oligoacrylates, ovalbumin and lysozyme. The obtained immune complex should be incubated with a conjugate of antibodies against human enzyme-labeled immunoglobulins M and G. It is important to detect the level of specific antibodies according to the difference of optic density of analyzed sample against analogous values of standard samples with and without narcotics in blood serum to establish the fact of their intake in case of coincidence or excessive level of antibodies in the analyzed sample and the standard one. Moreover, incubation of the developed immune complex with conjugate of antibodies against human immunoglobulins M and G should be carried out in two stages: at first, it should be mixed at the rate of 50-70 rot./min for about 30-40 min to be then kept for about 20-30 min at the state of rest. The innovation enables to increase the percentage in establishing the fact of the intake of narcotic substances in remote terms at no traces of metabolites of used narcotic substances.;EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.;15 ex, 1 tbl
