RESISTANCE-CAPACITANCE DETECTOR'S PARAMETERS MEASURING CONVERTER WITH EARTHED CAPACITY COUPLING

FIELD: measuring technique.;SUBSTANCE: measuring converter intends for conversing non-electrical parameters of resistance-capacitance detector, connected according to earthed coupling capacity (value of shift of current collector) circuit, into voltage. Device has reference source, memorizing pulse former, resistance-capacity detector (RCD), reference resistor R0, and sample-storage device. Coupling capacitance of RCD is shunted by resistance of one of arms of RCD and earthed. Output of reference source, which has output voltage in form of rectangular pulses, is connected with input of memorizing pulse former and with one output of RCD and input of sample-storage unit through reference resistor. Output of memorizing pulse former is connected in its turn with control input of sample-storage unit. Output voltage of the unit has to be output signal. Device works in such way that voltage at output of sample-storage unit is proportional to resistance of one arm of resistor of RCD.;EFFECT: widened functional abilities; increased precision of conversion; termination of influence of capacity of coupling of RCD.
