FIELD: medicine, in particular epidemiology and moctobiology.;SUBSTANCE: To detect microbial associations in process of microbiological monitoring of pyogenic-septic infections investigations of hospital nature of microbial associations are carried out, the next criteria of microbial interaction are evaluated: microorganism identity in repeated associates; linked growth character; resistance to anti-microbial preparations including presence of specific resistance markers; microorganism relationship property (synergistic, neutral or antagonistic) is investigated; and coefficient of microorganism ecological affinity is determined. Microbial association is diagnosed as hospital one on the base of the next results of relative evaluation: 1) identity of composition and properties of associantes in associations in various subjects suggested by any next methods: 1) plasmid strain profile, bacterium protein system profile, or other molecular-genetic typing; 2) presence of at least one next features: linked growth character of associantes, high coefficient of ecological affinity (30 or more), synergistic of neutral associante relationship character.;EFFECT: improved method for detection of hospital microbial associations.;1 dwg, 1 ex
