FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the composition for cleaning the surfaces from sediment of metals salts, oxides and hydroxides.;SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of production of the means used in the industry and in the housekeeping for the chemical removal from the surfaces of the scale, corrosion products, salt sediments of the various type. The method provides for interaction of carbamide and the liquid acidic component from the list including nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid or their mixtures. At that the interaction is conducted by the batching of the acidic component into the carbamide dissolved in the water, or by the batching of carbamide being in the solid state into the acidic component so that the temperature of the mixture does not exceed 65°C and after that the mixture is aged at the temperature of 40-45°С during 20 minutes, cooled to 12-17°С and the solid aggregate phase is separated by filtration. The version of the method provides for interaction of carbamide with the gaseous acidic component from the indicated List - hydrogen chloride, anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, nitric oxide, sulfur oxide or their mixtures. At that the interaction is conducted spend at the barbotage of the gaseous acidic component into the carbamide water solution and stirring action of the mixture or by batching of carbamide being in the solid aggregate state into the gaseous acidic component in the reactor with the fluidized layer. The version of the method includes interaction of carbamide being in the solid aggregate state and the acidic component from the indicated List - phosphorus oxide, ammonium nitrite, the oxalic acid or their mixtures. The interaction is conducted by the simultaneous batching of the components in the screw type reactor for stirring. At that thus the temperature on the wall of the mixer of the reactor should not exceed 45°С. The technical result of the invention is the extension of the range of the methods used for production of the composition for cleaning the surfaces from the sediments in the solid aggregate state without the ballast components.;EFFECT: the invention ensures the extension of the range of the methods used for production of the composition for cleaning the surfaces from the sediments in the solid aggregate state without the ballast components.;8 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex
