FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing flexible tube into the abdominal cavity with injection needle being attached without cannula to one of its ends and needle cannula being attached to the other end. Fluoroplastic tube is caught by means of manipulator on the needle boundary. Organ is punctured under vision control. Drug solution is introduced into organ parenchyma without removing the manipulator.;EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; high accuracy of drug target delivery.;1 dwg
