On should bring together and fix defect-adjacent fragments of plantar bone at keeping diastasis between them at the value being below the diameter of tibial treated end. By dosages one should apply tibial end into diastasis up to the support of tibial end into the kept underlying part of heel bone or at withdrawing onto the level of plantar surface of foot's department upper reconstruction.
