FIELD: functional diagnostics.;SUBSTANCE: patient's systolic pressure value is measured daily at 9 h a.m. and at 3 h in the night. Difference between these values is calculated and, if the difference is positive during two last days, a favorable outcome is predicted and, in case of negative difference in one of the last days, outcome is regarded as unfavorable.;EFFECT: allowed predicting treatment efficiency for patients in critical states and obtaining additional information concerning patient's condition.;1 tbl, 4 ex
