FIELD: medicine, neuroanatomy.;SUBSTANCE: one should dissect soft tissues of cranial arch, cut the bones of cranial arch and dissect dura mater. Moreover, it is necessary to take apart cerebral hemispheres against falciform process and dissect corpus callosum up to the level of anterior and posterior cerebral commissures. One should remove the structures of large hemispheres at keeping stem formations of the brain being about 2-3 cm above Pacchionian area, open the trace of cerebellum from posterior departments of Pacchionian area up to sinus flow along straight sinus being 0.5 cm against it, the incision should be continued along transverse sinus followed by dissecting Dendi's vein and taking apart cerebellar hemisphere against the pyramid of temporal bone. The innovation enables to evaluate microanatomical relations of cerebral structures based upon the brain and the cranium, intracranial departments of craniocerebral nerves and vessels and, also, detect anatomical grounds to hyperfunctional states at involving craniocerebral nerves.;EFFECT: higher efficiency.;3 ex
