METHOD OF DIFFERENTIALLY DIAGNOSING COMPLICATIONS IN MEN SUFFERING FROM UROGENITAL CHLAMIDIOSIS

FIELD: dermatovenereology and urology.;SUBSTANCE: men with revealed chlamidiosis, after eradication of causative agent, are submitted additionally to examination of ejaculate to determine physicochemical properties, concentration of spermatozoids, proportion of living and dead spermatozoids, other cellular and noncellular elements, mobility of spermatozoids, pathologic and normal forms of spermatozoids, and sperm agglutination. From data obtained and quantitative characteristics, one draws conclusion of the occurrence of complications and their differentiation.;EFFECT: enabled prevention of damaged reproductive health due to early differentiated revealing of complicated urogenital chlamidiosis and performance of timely and purposeful treatment of complications and simultaneous treatment of chlamidiosis.;3 tbl, 5 ex
