METHOD FOR PREDICTING MYXOSPORIDIA IN FISH

FIELD: veterinary science.;SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with dissolving the reduced biological substrate in artificial gastric juice, incubation, obtaining the residue to study it with the help of microscope for the presence of myxosporidia spores. As biological substrate one should apply muscular tissue of fish, as for the residue it should be obtained due to centrifuging for 15 min at 1500-3000 rot./min, moreover, incubation should be carried out at about 35-37°C for 3-4 h.
