The invention relates to medicine, namely to the instruments used in orthopedics, and can be used for angular osteotomies of the metatarsal bone in reconstructive operations on the feet. Chisel consists of a handle and a working part. Working part provided with a channel and is formed with an angular cross-section at an angle of 70 degrees. The cutting edges of the working part from the recess on the inner side sharpened. Compared with the prototype design inventive design allows the bit to increase the accuracy of the angular osteotomy of the metatarsal bone in reconstructive operations on the feet, as well as to reduce trauma surgery.
